Skyward provides study and exam-prep material for FAA Part 107 candidates. It is not affiliated with the FAA, and results are not guaranteed.
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Skyward only for lawful personal study and exam preparation. You must not:
- Misuse the service or attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the website
- Copy, redistribute, publish, or resell question-bank material, explanations, or other proprietary content
- Share, sell, or transfer premium account access to others
- Bypass paywalls, free daily limits, membership checks, or other access controls
- Create fake accounts, automate abusive traffic, or engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or other harmful activity
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
Account responsibilities and violations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
If you violate these Terms, our acceptable-use rules, applicable law, or otherwise misuse the service, we may take action that we consider reasonably necessary, including one or more of the following:
- Issue a warning
- Temporarily suspend account access
- Terminate the account and/or revoke premium membership without refund (except where a refund is required by law)
- Remove or restrict access to content or features
- Block related IP addresses, devices, or payment methods used for abuse
- Preserve and disclose relevant information when required to protect rights, safety, or legal compliance
- Pursue available legal remedies for serious or repeated violations
We may investigate suspected violations and act immediately where needed to protect the service, other users, or payment integrity.
Digital membership
Premium access is sold as a digital membership / virtual service product. Access length depends on the plan purchased and begins when payment is successfully confirmed.
Refunds & cancellation
Because Skyward sells immediately delivered digital access, all sales are final once premium access has been granted. There is no cancellation or refund after a successful purchase and access delivery, except where required by applicable law, or in cases of confirmed duplicate charges, failed delivery, or other billing errors that we verify.
Account suspension or termination caused by your violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.
Changes
We may update content, pricing, features, and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
