Airspace you must recognize
Most Part 107 exam prep time is spent on chart reading and authorization rules. Class G is uncontrolled; Class B/C/D and many surface Class E areas require ATC authorization (often via LAANC or DroneZone). TFRs and stadium restrictions can close airspace temporarily — always check before you fly.
Practice tip: when you miss an airspace question on a Part 107 practice test, redraw the chart mentally (surface vs 700 AGL floor, Mode C veil awareness) before moving on.
