This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we store and protect it, and the rights you have over your personal data when you use our Part 107 practice website.
Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate this site, including:
- Account details you provide (such as name, email address, and password)
- Quiz / practice activity and membership status
- Purchase and billing status related to premium access
- Basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies) used for security, abuse prevention, and product reliability
Payment card details are processed by third-party payment providers (for example Waffo Pancake and, if enabled, other processors). This site does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, deliver practice tools and premium access, process payments, prevent fraud or misuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Data storage and protection
Account, practice, and membership data are stored on our website hosting infrastructure (currently a secure cloud / VPS hosting environment used to run WordPress and related application databases). Payment processors store payment credentials in their own PCI-compliant systems; we only keep limited purchase/status records needed to unlock and support membership access.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:
- Transmission over HTTPS / TLS encryption
- Access controls that limit administrative access to authorized personnel
- Hashed password storage for user accounts
- Separation of payment card processing through third-party providers so full card data is not stored on this site
- Routine software updates and security monitoring of the hosting environment
- Least-necessary retention of logs and operational records
No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We work to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Access / review the personal information we hold about your account
- Correct / update inaccurate account information

Typical process:
- We verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- For corrections, we update the relevant account fields after verification.
- For deletion or account closure, we deactivate the account and delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required, except records we must keep for legal, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, or payment reconciliation purposes.
