Refund Policy

Skyward sells digital / virtual membership access for Part 107 practice. This is not a physical product.

All sales are final after access is granted. Once payment succeeds and premium access is delivered, purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for convenience, change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction with exam results.

We will still review and correct these situations:

• You were charged but access was not delivered due to a technical issue
• A duplicate charge or confirmed billing error occurred
• A refund is required by applicable law
